Banfield Pet Hospital

Bonita has been a patient for nearly three years, since she was eight weeks old. I’ve always appreciated the service and attention we get at Banfield. The local staff is excellent. I also appreciate and recommend the Optimum wellness plan. It’s worth it with free visits and vaccinations. They even call and remind me of upcoming vaccinations. Recently I was reminded of this value when a neighbor’s 2 year old golden picked up parvovirus at Lake Baldwin (do NOT take your dog there) and died, just because the guy didn’t know about parvovirus and didn’t get the dog vaxxed. Only neg about Banfield is the hold from hell when I call in. Wait times on hold are way too long.
